The Convera Micro-UI solution was developed to give local financial institutions an easy, low-effort way to embed international payment capabilities into their customer-facing platforms. Targeted at regional banks and financial services providers, the white-labeled Micro-UI enabled Convera’s B2B partners to expand their offerings with a fast, seamless cross-border payment interface. I worked directly with business stakeholders to shape the product vision, capture integration needs, and define the UX required to support a diverse partner ecosystem. The Micro-UI was built as a plug-and-play solution, minimizing the technical lift for partner integration teams while maintaining full access to Convera’s global payment rails. Leading a focused delivery team (5 developers and 2 QA engineers), I oversaw the design, build, and testing of the Micro-UI MVP in approximately three sprints. This included adapting UI elements to support theming and customization, ensuring compliance with existing payment standards, and preparing onboarding material for partner developers.
The result was a scalable, re-usable interface component that accelerated partner time-to-value and extended Convera’s global reach through trusted local platforms.
