As part of WuHu’s mission to decentralize local logistics, I built the WuHu Vendor Web App, tailored specifically to empower local businesses to manage all aspects of their delivery logistics directly through the platform. The web app provided a seamless interface for businesses such as restaurants, florists, retailers, pharmacies, and more to: Discover and book on-demand or scheduled couriers based on rate, availability, and delivery zone Customize deliveries by defining pickup/drop-off times, packaging preferences, and special handling needs Track courier progress in real time using integrated GPS and delivery status updates Communicate with assigned couriers and review delivery history Manage invoices, billing preferences, and order reports Build preferred courier networks for ongoing relationships and reliable service Businesses could access the platform via any web browser without needing to install software, with responsive design for mobile and tablet access. This solution complemented the courier mobile app and formed the second core pillar of the WuHu tri-party platform, allowing WuHu to deliver a complete ecosystem for decentralized last-mile delivery.
Led the entire product lifecycle for the Vendor App—from concept and early user discovery to design, implementation, testing, and release. The platform was developed in close collaboration with local business partners to ensure it met real-world operational needs while remaining lightweight and scalable.
